I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of shoes from your store. Initially, my order was incorrectly delivered with one shoe marked as size 39 and the other as size 40. After going through the hassle of exchanging the pair and paying the delivery fee from my own pocket, I was disappointed to receive a product of extremely poor quality.
I want to emphasize that I purchased these shoes at full price, not on sale, yet the quality is the poorest I have ever experienced. Despite using the shoes only 3 to 4 times, the heel is already chaffed from the bottom, and the front part is peeling off.
Given the significant amount I paid for this pair, I kindly request a replacement or a full refund. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
