• All merchandise ordered on can be shipped everywhere in Pakistan.
  • It is free delivery apart from the following cases in which a certain amount will be charged;
    • Merchandise less than Rs.2,990/-
    • Heavy Merchandise to be shipped to a far location e.g. Kashmir.
  • It takes 3-7days for the order to be delivered.
  • Delivery times are approximate. Sundays are considered holidays.
  • We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
  • Note: Currently HOBO Pakistan does not ship internationally.
  • We do not currently offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store.
  • In most cases, any item that is out of stock will either display the message indicating ‘Out of Stock’ or will not appear on the site at all. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuations the item may appear to be available when you place an order. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and you will not be charged for that item.


  • Shoes and bags can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase with price tag & receipt only.
  • Goods purchased online can only be exchanged at stores if a size change is required. In case the customer requires product design/style exchange, the customer will have to call HOBO Customer Care for a return/exchange request. In case you cannot exchange at the outlet, you will have to send back the item and order the new item bearing the delivery cost for both sides.
  • No exchange on sale/discounted items is allowed in any case except for size issue.
  • No exchange on used/damaged or altered items is allowed in any case.


  • Shoes and bags on white barcodes purchased through bank card promotions can also be exchanged.
  • Returns and exchanges can be made at any HOBO store location across the country. 
  • Website exchanges can also be made at any HOBO store location.
  • After sale service on shoes will be an option till the completion of 6 months after purchase.
  • After sale service on bags will be an option till the completion of 3 months after purchase.
Note: Only manufacturing faults will be catered to in the after sale service of bags. In case of loss of embellishments or trims, please bring them along otherwise replacement may not be possible.
  • The provision of after sale service is not applicable on evening bags.
  • Merchandise sold on any promotional offer is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, the footwear purchased on the red barcode (Sale) can only have the size exchanged in the same article.
  • Discounts cannot be applied on gift voucher redemption, SALE merchandise, or with any promotional offer.
  • No cash refunds.

 Gift Vouchers are available for purchasing. The validity, terms, and conditions mentioned on the voucher must be adhered to. Any product complaint will be assessed by our product team to determine the nature of the complaint and the maximum time for resolution is 30 working days.

 We will endeavor to resolve any issue as soon as possible. Customers are required to provide the accurate date of purchase along with their contact number.  Each valued customer is requested to obtain an official receipt with every purchase. If any item is being gifted, kindly detach the top part of the receipt (with invoice number) and enclose it with the gift, for the convenience of the recipient if exchanging.
