Thank you for following up on my received order. Please note that I ordered two shoes from your website. I wear size 36, but still ordered size 37 just to make sure its not tight as most of our items are now Made in China and generally small in size. While I really appreciate the quality of your shoes, it was really disappointing that despite size 37, they were really small and does not fit even to a size 34 person. The measurements are not upto the accepted standards and are way too small. I would like to have them replaced with a bigger size or different article. I have also sent pictures to your representative just to ensure that the shoes are still packed as received. I am willing to go to your Emporium Mall store though it is really far off but must have bigger size in same or different article, or send back claiming refund.
