You may not use any of HOBO’s trademarks without our prior written permission. Trademarks include HOBO’s name and logos, and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names of HOBO’s products, services, and programs.

Copyrights:

All text, graphics, photographs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations appearing on the website, including in related emails and marketing materials, as well as the software used to create them, are owned or licensed by HOBO. You may electronically copy and/or print “hard copies” from the website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping on the website. Any other use of any content included on the website, including linking or framing to this website, are strictly prohibited unless you first obtain our prior written consent.

Confidentiality of information:

Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to us will be considered non-confidential, and by submitting it, you are giving us the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute it for any purpose whatsoever, with no payment or other compensation to you. Errors & Inaccuracies:

We always try to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, human or technological errors may occur. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In case of a price error, we will not accept the order until it is replaced with the correct price. In case payment has already been made, the excess amount will be refunded or short amount will need to be paid.

Slight color variations are always possible because of the natural nature of leather and the fact that reproduction of colors on monitor is possible to that extent which the photographic process reasonably allows. Color ordered may be out of stock & an alternate color maybe offered at the time of delivery with customer’s consent. It may be possible that the accessory/trim displayed are not available instead an alternate but similar item will be used in terms of finish & color.

Shipment of order:

Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser at the time of order placement. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product. In case of in-accurate mailing address provided by the customer or no one being available to accept delivery in an attempt by the courier; the customer shall provide HOBO with courier charges if the order is to be placed again. Also, note that because of any uncertain circumstances, delivery time can be changed without any prior notice, although HOBO strongly endeavors to meet its timelines. Please note that the time of delivery is estimated time and does not include public holiday(s), announced or otherwise. Your order will be processed for delivery once the payment is received and confirmed by our representative; hence the delivery time count starts thereafter. HOBO is not liable of any losses whatsoever included but not limited to damage, delay, miss delivery or non-delivery of your orders by Courier Company.

Payment:
Default prices mentioned are in Pakistani Rupee. Payment(s) made in a foreign currency will be valued at net receipts in our Pakistani Rupee Account net of any transfer fees, charges and deductions at the prevalent exchange rates. Prices are exclusive of any additional charges and fund transfer fee. It is the sole discretion of HOBO to change the prices without any prior notice. Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated at the checkout page on our website. However, we are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment. Any custom duty or other levies of any kind will be customer’s obligation.
